solstar Posted February 2, 2010 Share Posted February 2, 2010 I've mentioned this elsewhere but why is it not possible in FM for B team managers to be immediately considered for the first team, at least until the end of the season? It happens all the time IRL. I know this is limited to only Spain, Portugal and Holland, Germany or where else they have a B side, some places it goes by another name and not b side. However why is this not possible?
