You wont be able to run like 40+ leagues, but that is pretty much the same specs as mine (except I have 4GB, but FM only recognises 3GB anyway). I run 32 leagues normally with no added players. People will say you will need better graphics card, but I also have an integrated graphics card and 3D mode runs absolutely smooth and fine. I have also never had a crash dump... EVER.
