IbaltaxGrape
The editor comes with the game. Should be in your start menu football manager->tools->editor. There's already an english database that goes to level 10 or 11 if you want. Adding any more than that would be an intense amount of work.

trekman
Are you using steam? I'm not but I believe there is a folder called steamapps and I think you'll find the editor there. If your using the dvd then the editor should be in program files\sports interactive\football manager2009\tools\editor at least thats where it is on fm2010 and I would imagine that fm2009 would be the same. One other thing you could do if your using vista or windows7 is click on start then games and right click on the fm icon that should be there and select run editor. swed151
With steam it doesn't install a start menu shortcut AFAIK. You need to look in your steam folder C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common usually or something like that Also you can't add divisions in FM09 as it was a feature added in FM10.
