squad evaluation

it the old fm game you could ask your coaches/ youth team manager to to evaluation on players to see if they are worth keeping or to get rid off. has this gone or been move/called something else. reason is i have a large set of 18yrs or under & need to now if to offer contract/sell or release.

please help with any ideas for evaluating reserve/youth team players.

Every player at your club has a coach report attached. By and Large I use these to evaluate the players.

You can also click "Views" on your aquad screen and choose "Assistant Reports" if you feel like you have an assistant you can trust.

You can still do this. You can get assistant reports on the squad screen showing your whole teams potenial and current ability as a star rating, or you can select an indivdual player and get a more detailed report by selecting report.

Also at the bottom of the screen you can get an assistant report showing where the best players play and where you need strengthening.

i use assistant advice > team report in your squad screen. its underneath continue usually.

gives your ass. mans opinion of your best senior, youth 11 and which areas need strgnthening and some recomendsations

click on the player then reports, you can now get reports on him from all of your backroom staff
