Problems starting game

Just got a new netbook and installed FM10 on it via steam. When i click to run the game it says on the screen starting game (as it does on steam). Then when that screen goes it simply does nothing. I reclick and it says it already running but nothing is on the screen. It is on the task manager under processes so it is running however not on the screen. I checked my systems stats and i fought i reached the min required to run the game.

Processer: Atom 1.60 ghz

Ram: 1 GB

Graphics: 128 mb

Obviously i wasnt going to expect it to run as well as my pc using it but i thought it would at least run.

Is it the netbook not letting to work or is a setting not allowing it to show up?

Also the netbook is XP SP3.

FM doesn't support netbooks. There's a skin in the skinning hideout that makes it run, I believe.

Still going throught it. Hasnt worked yet. Might be down to it being on steam and the setting changes are designed for the game installed without steam.

Im installing my FM09 now. Will 09 work or does it will it also have a problem due to the screen size?

ok ive managed to get it to work, but its windowed and the only option in the preference is windowed. Any ideas?
