Gourcuff20
what means if you let a scout "roam" while he scouts a region? advantages/disadvantages of this?
Neopherus
It means that he only scouts the countries he feels necessary. Pro: scoutingtrips goes faster Con: He may miss good players by skipping their country.
phnompenhandy
It means he 'roams' around the countries in the region you set. He covers more countries and finds more players, but it will take longer and his knowledge of some countries may be small, so it could waste a lot of time and be fruitless. EDIT: Ulrich isn't correct. When I've set mine to roam the Caribbean, for example, he reports that he's lounging by the pool in some hotel in a diddy tropical island but never reports any players.
