CMOZZA Posted January 29, 2010 Share Posted January 29, 2010 Plenty of seats just kidding, working with Youngsters is important, and then the area that you want them to be training players in, so if you need a youth coach to train defenders then I'd be looking primarily at: Defending Working With Youngsters And then: Tactical Motivating Determination Level of Discipline Other people may have different opinions but that'd be what I'd be looking for. The one's I've bolded are what I consider important for any youth coach though. Judging player potential can also be a good asset for them to have as well.
