What Graphics card is this ?

I have Windows Vista which i upgraded from XP and have the following specs ..

Processor: 2.4GHz Athlon 64 X2 4600+

Memory: 1GB DDR2

Storage: 320GB hard drive

Graphics: ATI Radeon X1300 Pro graphics (256MB) / Nvidia GFORCE 6150

Operating System: Windows XP Media Center Edition 2005

Can anyone tell what i have to upgarde to get the following 3D graphics ?

It's not about whether the graphics card is compatible with XP or any other operating system. It's whether it's compatible with the motherboard you have. The latest graphic cards require a PCI Express slot in the motherboard, into which the card goes in. Pretty much any modern computer will have this available. If you decide to upgrade your graphics card, you should also consider the amount of power it will require to run. Some cards will require more power, which sometimes your computer may not have. The power depends on your computer's power supply unit (PSU). If you don't have enough power, then what may happen is that once you install the new card, the computer will still work, but you'll experience random shut downs.
