Manchester United's new chairman...

Recommended Posts

In the year 2020, David Gill wants to step aside as chairman of Manchester United, not the strangest bit of news in the world, but the favourite to replace him as the chairman is:

Sir Bobby Charlton!?

Okay.. Yes he is Manchester United through and through, but he is 72 in real life now, so in the year 2020 he would be 82/83 ish.

Now, am I the only person who thinks that in real life a 82/83 year old wouldn't become the chairman of a club Manchester United's size!? Or am I being ageist! :p
