I have never experienced crash dumps before, but after I formatted my hard drive a few days ago, I have just had my first one, December of season 1. Is there any way to get past this or fix it without losing my saved game? I cant seem to find any solutions searching other posts, just complaining about it! Matt ex SEGA Posted January 27, 2010 Share Posted January 27, 2010 If you've reformatted and reinstalled windows, it's likely that either your graphics card drivers, sound card drivers, DirectX or Java installation is older than the version you were previously using.
