How to sack the whole staff?

I'm pretty sure I read somewhere that in FM2010 we will be able to sack the whole staff at once without the need to struggle throught some silly release recompensations... well... I've looked everywhere and I can't find such option :<

If the OP is interested, I bought a 16 year old Kok from Holland and put him in my U18 team

The name is Robert Kok, very good potential according to my scouts/coaches.

It's extremely annoying when you take over a big club (Genoa) and all the coaches are rubbish and are on good wages with long contracts.
