How to get the best out of a future star?

hi, have got a youngster who has the potentional to be world class but am wondering how much i should train him and in what places? he is only 15 and is a DMC/CB

I am going to guess your in the Prem, and the player you signed is foreign, but is at your club. He will be Yth until 17 years of age. Put him in under 18 and make him eligible to play in the reserves to maximise games. Maybe make him learn off a reserve team player during this time. When he hits 17, you can choose to do 2 things. If he is good enough for your team already (doubt it but up to you) then get him learning off all your best players, maximising the preferred moves available to him. If he still needs more development, offer him out on loan, going to only clubs that list him as "will be a first team squad member " often a far lower league. Players like this normally at 17 go to league 2, at 18 league 1, at 19 championship. Then either play him at 20 or sell him. Good luck !!!!

Cheers, i am actually a russian premier league side and even though he has just turned 16 he is already batling for fist team place! should i train him hard or normally?

you should never really train any player hard. i learned this the hard way after all my players' stats started declining during the season. medium is the best

Just try to use him as much as possible,first team is the best way to raise his stats also successful tutoring helps a lot,you dont need to train him that hard

if you can, tutor him with a really good (mentally or skill move wise) player

Don't play him if he's tired. Otherwise, as much as you can.

play him in unimportant matches, tutoring and preferred moves training help as well
