Searching For youngsters Problem :(

So i took control of Spurs, Villa and Everton to compare transfer searches because i was confused with something.

I was wondering why when i search for players in between 15-16 Spurs get more and when i search with Villa and Everton it does not come up with as many players anyone know why this is ?

Differnt teams, different scouts, different knowledge.

Should i just sign new scouts which will then allow me to find more young players ?

Go to scouting knowledge on your scouting page and you'll see how much you know of all countries. If you want to increase that you'll have to either sign scouts and staff that have knowledge of other countries, or send out scouts to parts of the word you don't know much about

I have just checked Villa's scouting knowledge and then i checked Spurs and i definitely noticed that Spurs had superior knowledge all over the world.

Have you ticked the box to only show realistic transfer targets?

I think that Spurs have a higher reputation than Villa and Everton so there will be players who would be likely to join Spurs but not the other two.
