JiggyDempsey Posted January 23, 2010 Share Posted January 23, 2010 I was tutoring a fullback and I got the message that he was disenchanted with trying to follow the tutor. Now I had to go back to a previous save and this time around, the process finished as a success with them becoming friends and one extra PPM being learned. I found this strange, is tutoring a complete gamble or is there other factors the determination/Influence rule of thumb, having a common language, natural positions help.
