Touchline shouts keep activating themselves

So, one game I used a few touchline shout instructions (pass to feet, etc). The problem is, now whenever I change to a saved tactic using the touchline shout menu, those same instructions issue themselves. I have to manually turn them off. I imagine there is some cache file that I need to delete, but I don't want to delete all the cache files so it would be great if someone would tell me which file(s) need to be deleted. Thanks.

Well, I deleted ALL of the cache files and it did not work. Am I the only one who has had this problem? How do I stop this from happening? I'm tired of having to remove the touchline instructions every time I want to quickly change to a saved tactic. >
