Create a Striker and Score Goals for a Small Country

I've decided to take a bit of a break from my Mañana Banana FC game, although I will still be posting updates for the games I've played (approx. 2 seasons), so that game isn't dead. I've decided to try something a bit different with this game though, something I'm hoping to do for FM 2008 if this goes well.

Each player will start as a 16 year old striker with a CA of 80 and a PA of 200, with the option of choosing to start the game unattached or in the youth set-up of a team of your choice. Every player will have 20 for finishing, so the other attributes you choose will be important. The main twist for this game is that your nationality will be randomly selected from one of 75 national teams ranked between 75 and 150 in the FIFA rankings. The following nations are eligible:

The point of this game is to see which striker can make the biggest impact for their national team, while domestic success will also play a part in the scoring. The full scoring criteria will be posted before the game starts, and I am open for suggestions. I am willing to leave this open for up to 50 entrants, but preference will be given to those who are involved in my MBFC game if this fills up before they sign-up, although I doubt that will happen.

Not that it will affect me, but could I suggest that if someone is allocated a country from Oceania / SE Asia and that they want to start unattached, that you might want to include the Australian A-League as well.

I know from my sign up that getting some unattached players from remote countries to sign for a club is a lot easier if there is geographically a playable league nearby.

I knew I left one off. Australia is going to be included as well.
