Sponsorship

Hi there,

I'm currently managing Aston Villa in FM09 and the year is 2029. I added some managers to see the finances of the richest clubs and maybe change the way I handle my finances and most of them had two or three types of sponsorship. All of them had balances of £300mill to £750mill

The shirt sponsor, a company sponsor (in the cases where a new stadium was built) and a general one.

I only have the shirt sponsorship but what is the "general sponsor" and how do I get one? Because in most cases I saw it pays around £20mill alone!

Also, I can't see the annual income of the Premier League stadiums, while in other leagues it's on the information tab.

Any thoughts on these subjects?

How much influence do you think a manager has on the club sponsors? Right, so that's not really an area you have a lot of influence in. Higher reputation = better pay, I imagine.

I have worldwide reputation. And I don't want to handle the club's sponsors but I sure want more money!

sponsership is more in the area of ownership of the club i guess

theres nothing you can do to influence sponsorshipbar winning more and more games and trophies.

The more silverware you win, the bigger the chance of getting good sponsorships.. Just like in real life. I'd guess.
