Djstu23 Posted January 18, 2010 Share Posted January 18, 2010 Very rough guide but from what I can remember. - Go to the nations list when you get to select what team you want to manage when you create a new manager. - Select England - Then Click england, then go to the u19s teams screen - Then click take control in the top right hand corner. - Confirm the manager then it should be done. Or, you can add a fake manager to England, offer yourself the U-19 job, then retire the fake manager. Finally, FMRTE might be able to do something for you, but I can't remember for certain.
