Barkermush Posted January 16, 2010 Share Posted January 16, 2010 It stands for 'Potential Ability' from 0-200. With 200 being the Max. Its how good a player can become if he reachs his full potential. I.e. a player with a pa of 180 can become World Class if he reaches his potential, where as a player with 70 pa, will never become more than a lower league player.. You can find out the PA of players a number of ways, the pre game editor that comes with FM or a real time editor such as FMRTE and i hear people use a tool called 'Genie Scout' to check players PA..
