petey_g
Laurent Blanc has just taken over as Inter manager in 2014. Since his appointment Inter have been systematically going through each of my coaches to sign them as a first team coach. Thus far by offering new contracts they have been unsuccessful but this really is utterly ridiculous. As soon as one signs a new contract, they just approach the next one down the list! Vic Taylor
Maybe you have a load of high profile coaches?
petey_g
I do, but still a systematic approaching of my staff is pretty ridiculous. I've allowed one of them to leave in the hope that will appease them.
duck my sick
I do, but still a systematic approaching of my staff is pretty ridiculous. I've allowed one of them to leave in the hope that will appease them. Yeah I've got the same problem on my Burnley save. Bolton keep trying to poach my coaches (and people say FM isn't realistic)
Latimerinho
I've just got used to offering new contracts to staff, but yes I too figured they were simply going down the list.
trainspotter
When I sign coaches I systematically go down the list, starting with the best and working down. I don't see why the AI should be any different when it wants to sign coaches.
Barkermush
Yeah I've got the same problem on my Burnley save. Bolton keep trying to poach my coaches (and people say FM isn't realistic) haha When i hire new staff, i make it a 4 year contract then teams have to pay more compensation. And if the AI comes in for a member of my staff that i want to keep, i offer him a new improved contract and he usually accepts my contract.
Edle
with regards to staff i find it very worthwhile taking the time each season to offer a new long term contract. this gets me maximum compensation. if one leaves i can just find someone of similar quality to fill his position anyway so it doesnt hurt me much at all.
