Rockin Roberts Posted January 14, 2010 Share Posted January 14, 2010 Hi, I never feel like I'm getting the absolutely best out of my youth players, and reckon a lot is the reason is because I'm not totally sure of this whole mentroing thing. Can someone please explain the difference between the three options, and also does it matter what senior player I chose to mentor a youth player?
