magicmastermind124
You should back up your data in case of these events Check your recycle bin but I doubt it will be there if you deleted it in the game.
pnefc22
Check your recycle bin. Or use a three save rolling autosave. EDIT: Learn to refresh.

Arkim
There are programs you can download that will recover lost data, even after you empty your recycle bin. There's tons of them around.
RyUwe
Its not in my recycle bin, it was deleted in the game............... Annoyed.
Scab
Deleted data still resides on your harddrive until those sectors get overwritten with other data, so it is possible to "undelete" it as long as it's not been overwritten. The bad news is that programs save/read temporary files to disk all the time in the background (your favorite web browser while you're browsing the web, for instance) and a single overwritten sector that used to hold a tiny part of your savegame is enough to break full undeletion (FM is unlikely to accept a savegame with even the tiniest data corruption). So, it could already be too late, but if you've only been writing a little to the disc it could also be recoverable, if you're in luck. Get a recovery application like http://ntfsundelete.com/ or http://www.piriform.com/recuva and use it to locate your savegame among the deleted files they find, then try to recover it. But remember, recover it to a different drive or partition than where it used to reside, i.e. if you had your savegame stored somewhere on C:\, recover it to a drive with a different letter. A USB stick will do if you only have one big C:\ partition. The reason for this is that the program otherwise runs the risk of overwriting sectors holding parts of the deleted savegame while saving the data it is recovering. Good luck.
