Brian Shanahan Posted January 12, 2010 Share Posted January 12, 2010 They have the ability to imporve within the game, they have CA/PA ratings just like the players do. So in that case the bigger the difference the more room for improvement. In FM09 I found that consistently having a coach training in the same area (or 2) would bring them up a full star in rating after about 18 months, except for when they were at or very near potential, I expect this not to have changed much in FM10.
