mcleod_69_69_69 Posted January 12, 2010 Share Posted January 12, 2010 i have always wonder this, but the option at the game set-up screen that give you the option to untick the allow transfer budgets in first window. does that mean the very first one when the game starts or every first transfer window at the start of a new season?? Yes you're allowed to sign frees in the first window but you won't get a budget. Also if you choose to start your game in January 2010 for example then it will be that window where there are no budgets ok cool, one last thing, does it apply to all clubs or just me?? do other clubs get a budget or do we all have no budget??
