"You can make a difference" "Expect a performance" etc Nice little idea this. Would be good if it had more options other then the normal talks. "Rally the troops" Give the team a bit more influence "England manager is watching, here's your chance" "Show me why you deserve a starting place" Or something along those lines. For instance we could have: "Look boys, the pressure's off, you've got nothing to lose, so just go for it" "Lets go out and attack them right from the off" "C'mon lads, we can win this game" "All the best for today lads, go out there and show me what your capable of" "Play like I know you can and you'll win today" "I expect you to get a result out there today" I know a lot are just re-worded, but sometimes it frustrates me that I can only pick from about 2 options, as I never like to say that I expect a win, the pressure's off and we got noting to lose or to just wish the team luck. So that just leaves me with "Do this for the supporters!" and "We can win this!" Link to post Share on other sites More sharing options...

They get very boring after a while and I think SI need to make sure that this and some other things (like media) gets improved on a lot for FM11.
