Ezequiel_Lavezzi
Tactical related and to do with team talks, motivating your players and of course your team is doing worse than they should be, hence under-achieving.

Scab
I try to break the losing streak at any cost, basically. It's impossible to keep morale under control with several consecutive losses, and unmotivated players will keep under-performing. Aim to grind out some results at home and against the weaker opponents, give your players a boost through post-game team-talks after these games that will hopefully carry them through the upcoming tie, and get your key players fired up by praising or criticizing them in the media as appropriate (this can bring them all the way up to Superb from Very Poor). ...though if by great atmosphere you mean you actually have pretty good morale despite under-performing, perhaps it's more a case of complacency? Check the motivation of your players at half-time and avoid praising anyone who's complacent regardless of rating. Consider subbing any striker that still isn't performing by the middle of the 2nd half and tell his replacement "you can make the difference"; this tends to get them fired up which coupled with higher condition can be quite lethal. The Sean
You should change the tone of your team talks and give them some days off with training. Also, how much do you play your back-ups? It could be that your first season results in "a bounce" that is not dissimilar to politics where a candidate gets movement in his/her poll points because of a change. In your case, the club changed to you and this gave you the aforementioned "bounce" in morale but now you will need to make those changes on your own rather than relying on the fact that you being there was the previous boost to morale...just a thought.
