Johnnyhugs
So I was working on my new full time schedule training for my strikers and stuff and I was like... Maybe there should be an option to ask your coaches/asst Manager design a good training program for the positions you would tell them, exp; Middfielders, Strikers, Full backs, I thought It would be a good idea, at least you would get a clue and see what kind of programs they make for which positions and you can play on the training programs they create, like make it more hard and stuff, idk just an idea. what do you think? It would help to newcomers too.

LFC Rule
This is a good idea. You can get the Ass man to set the coaches assignments so it would be good if the ass man could set the training schedules as well.
Tom14
And asking the assistant manager to set up training schedules is quite realistic. I doubt that Alex Ferguson tells his squad that he wants them to play piggy in the middle in the morning and then work on crosses in the afternoon. OK he might say work on crosses but it would be the coaches that set up the scenario's.
shaunjc
very good idea in my opinion, could ask him to design a schedule for specific players or general position schedules
