When I tried to install a new skin, I jaut see a message "Processong... please wait" foor hours amd hours and I never can reach the first game screnn. No tecnhnica support. I then bought the direct download version. Asked me for the key, I placed it and... nothing. I feel I'm inveted to get a pirate version. Portuguese support works only from 17 to 19h and I was waitnign to somemoen to ansewr me call for 45 minutes and nothing. What shall I do? buy another version? Whitch one? (The technical support wont help with installing a new skin, as its from a 3rd party, which they do not provide help for.) Are you sure you're installing the skin correctly?
