New Save...Black Screen?

Attempting a save in MLS and the screen decides not to work. Just a black screen, game pauses, and can only be viewed in the tactics menu with the 2D format. Any suggestions? If so, how do I fix it?

I believe this was already brought up awhile ago but couldn't find the post, sorry.

Yes to all. I have a Villa save that I have played 6 seasons with no problem until the new save. Reloaded the Villa save to see if that was affected as well but there was no problem with it.

If your using steam and having problems with the patch like the main screen messed up and other errors do this :

Step one Verify Game cache:

-Load Steam

-From the My Games tab, right-click on FM2010 and select Properties from the menu.

-Select the Local files tab and click the Verify integrity of game cache... button.

-Steam will verify the game cache files (GCF's) - this process may take several minutes.

-Once the process is completed, the Check Window will automatically exit.

Step Two: Restart Steam

- Simply close down Steam via going to the 'Exit' then restart it

Step Tree: Verify Game Cache again

- It should download the damaged files and resolve this issue.

See if that fixes it... (excuse the typos, copy n pasted it! )
