Players stay on top from till late 30s on 10.2!

This FM is good because players tend to perform until they are 34 - 35 , People like Rodwell , Salvio , Otamendi , DZEKO have al past 34 and are still class !

Is anyone else experiencing this , I had Sandro get in the Team of the Year at 34 also ... ?

Indeed. This has changed a lot in FM10 and I`m pleased by it. Players like Giggs, Scholes and many many others have shown that they can play at top level in their mid-thirties and I`m glad SI have implemented that successfully. Beckham springs to mind as well

High natural fitness and stamina helps this a lot.I like to keep players till they retire too,i love loyalty.Totti although there were better options,i kept him,he didnt stop scoring until he retired at the age of 37.AI on the other hand is very disrespectful to older players,once they past 30's they send them to reserve and transfer list,i hate it.

Tottenham bough Vela for free when he was 34 and he managed 25 Goals i think if im right , Dzeko for me at 35 years old scored 20+ goals in 1 season

sandro's 35 in my celtic save and he's still good enough to be sub, as replacement for 1st-teamer tinga who's 33..

Yeah i need to break the old FM/CM habit of flogging players as soon as they approach 30.
