I have found a few regens who have 198 potential - 3 for that matter How good will there stats become ? any chance of everything being 20 or im just living in a dream world ! That’s why people are so desperate getting the next FM Genie Scout version, to have a preview of how the player will look like when at his peak. Now, you can have a 198 PA 16 years old player that won’t be better than a 120 PA player after years of training and tutoring. And this is cool because it really requires you read the scout reports in order to have a good idea of what you can expect in the next years from a particular player. So to answer your question; honestly you’re the only one that can find out if he’s good or not, as there’s no FM Genie, nobody but time can tell if he’s gonna be a star or a flop. Riquelme has the most on my game but they are long shots, free kicks, technique, penalties and dribbling. Even if you crreated a player with all 20's, 3/4 to 4/5 of them would drop to 15/16/17 in a short time. Not to menton what headhunter_uni23 corrrectly surmises. There's a way to get a lot of 20's across the board, but it's basically cheating. Doesn't require editing or anything like that, just a very talented youngster with a high adaptability (might be called versatility) attribute and a lot of positional training. A lot of 20's can happen, but again it requires a little cheat. Something to do with attribute weighting, there was a whole thread about it a while ago.
