roseboy64
It's not a scam. Comes back to bite you in the end if you're not successful. Basically, you offer a cheapish amount upfront and then put the larger sum to pay off over monthly installments. This allows you to bid more than your transfer budget as only the money you pay upfront gets taken out of your budget. The payments have to be made though so if you're not successful you'll get into financial trouble.

x42bn6
Not a scam, but even with Notts County, you should be careful you don't go overboard. Having 7-8 players on these deals with large sums of money over 48 months seems fun at first but if financial conditions change within the next 48 months, you could be losing lots of money per month without a solid revenue stream. I mean, £48m over 48 months is £1m per month. That is a lot of cash. Make sure you plan for the long-term as well as the short-term!
