Any ideas??

Im Ards FC in the Northenr Ireland First division i have an ok squad and i play 4132 or 4312 the problem is my squad lacks depth and with injuries and things i am currently struggling to cover positions

my squad is pretty small only 17 players

2 Keepers

3 CBs

3 Full Backs (plus one of my cms can play full back)

5 CMs

4 Strikers

Currently i have my best left back out and my versitle cm who can cover left back, also my best striker is out which is not a problem the cover is there.

The standard of football in my league is very low and so is its reputation so attracting players is hard id say the league is as good as the BSN/S im having trouble finding players because it only searches well known players in your area and any one wanting to join me are not good enough. can any one recommend me some good players at this level to i need

1 CDM

1 CB

all with low wages.

Also any tips for finding good players at this level?

i would try to get a parent club and check for nice loan deals.

try micah richards, he plays for man city

Look for youngsters released from League 1 or 2 clubs, even though they will probably only be 18 or 19, they will want to join you and will shine in your league.

get searching through the free transfers - check your reserve team too if you havnt already, often some decent talent can be found
