Lack of harmony at the club--how do I resolve?

So I've got a bunch of players at Notts County complaining about the lack of harmony at the club. Initially I assumed that this was due to the snotty attitude of one Kasper Schmeichel, my star GK who didn't like playing for my scrappy regional club. I bit the bullet and unloaded Schmeichel, but I've still got players complaining. They say that I don't give them enough credit, so I've started praising players in the media and congratulating them for outstanding victories. Is there anything else I can do to resolve the problem? :confused:

Try to give them new contracts, win matches.

You just have to solve their problems. Off-loading your troublesome GK will help but you need to sort out the other players too. If the only problem they have is that you don't give them enough credit, then you're doing the right thing and it should go once that does. Just check to see if any other players are unhappy for any reason.
