Klimowicz
25, but 24 in windowed mode, because i hate scrolling down my squadlist. i have 2/3 players in each position for backup purposes, 6 CMs (2 DMs, 2 CMs, 2 AMCs). you might want to post this is the Good Players and Teams Forum. Cometdude
I have 18 first teamers then use my reserve squad as an under 23 team for my backup players. If a first teamer get injured he gets moved to the reserves until fit and the appropriate player promoted. Once a player reaches 24 if he is not in first team he goes on the transfer list. I play them and then sub them when their condition gets too low. It may say lacking match fitness, but if their condition is over 90%, i'm always happy enough to let them start. trekman
What do you do with players who , are backup players , but when you want to play them , they are severley lacking match fitness ? I always make sure that the reserve squad always has plenty of fixtures so arrange friendlies agains minor sides so that the gap between reserve league fixtures is not too long. I find that this helps with player fitness.
