dankrzyz
When I arrange a friendly at home, it states the fee I am to pay the opponent and an estimate of how much revenue the match will bring. To make money, the revenue figure should exceed the fee figure. When I make it an away match for my team, it shows the same fee next to the opponent's club name and says something like "will receive $X for this match". Is that $X going to the opponent to entice them to play me? Or is that the fee that my club will receive?

dankrzyz
So when I propose to play away at a club and it says the fee paid is $100k, that's money leaving my accounts. Okay. Thanks for the clarification!

But for away matches, is there any way to tell how much that share would be? For home matches, you can do the simple math.
