Tomer
Club/player loyalty is exactly what it says: if you constantly change clubs, buy and sell players these will be lower than if you stick with your club/player. Hands-on approach will approve if you go to press conferences, arrange and play your friendlies, do team talks etc. instead of just letting your assistant figure it out. karl b
The only thing my assistant does is arrange friendslies, always attend press conferences too....i'm working up so club hopping is a must.
Barkermush
I noticed transfer listing players affects this. I was at a club for 5 years i had sold alot of players when i first took over and every year or so, i brought in a few new players so i let a few players go. But on my manager stats my club/player loyalty is : 4. I always get miffed at that, because i am loyal to clubs! i.e. staying at teams for 7 or 8 season's usually, but yes maybe im not loyal to all my players. Maybe SI should make 2 seperate stats for this loyalty, one for Club loyalty and one for Player loyalty ....?
