headhunter_uni23 Posted January 2, 2010 Share Posted January 2, 2010 Offer new contracts. That's what I'm doing right now with an 18 years old promising GK I signed 5 months ago. He's a foreigner and each month he claims he can't settle in the area and each month I offer him the same contract he already has, looks like I just need to give him some cash as a signing fee to make him happy. He probably has his parents building a house in Argentina and he only found this way to help them; crying at my office door each month about how difficult it's to settle in London (yeahh true, I forgot that there's not much to do in such a small village as London) and that €50K could help him!
