Armstronglad Posted January 1, 2010 Share Posted January 1, 2010 Everytime I go to save I am given the message 'Game Could Not Be Saved' my Windows XP Computer tells me that it is a fm.exe problem, I have run the CHKDSK utility as well as buying a whole new 1.5 Terrabyte Hard Drive, and the problem still persists. AytchMan Posted January 10, 2010 Share Posted January 10, 2010 You must have enough disk space in the area where the game is actually saved, not just anywhere on the disk. If you save in the default Documents and Settings (?) folder, that's on the system drive. So, if you're running low there -- maybe because your page file, downloads or other stuff has expanded -- you won't have enough space to save the file. If you see a save game backup file listed with the attempted save name, that's probably what's happening. Link to post Share on other sites More sharing options...
