lack of hormony

if your players have good morale but there seem to be a lack of hormony, does the lack of hormony effect macth day performances?

I wouldn't know what a lack of hormones would do.

Great for morale, no doubt, but I worry about their fitness levels come matchtime.

I think so. I've always disliked selling my important players, in previous FM's it wasn't so much of an issue performance-wise but I suspect the reason I came so such a disappointing end at my first club on 10 was because of all the unrest from disgruntled players, and I've managed to do well striking a balance between keeping some of my best players (since you can survive a few unhappy players easily, its only when players come out about lack of harmony and it becomes a negative in the monthly board confidence that you know its a problem) and preventing the same situation happening again. As a major club in the Ukraine, which is fairly strong but inferior to the bigger countries, I get this problem quite a lot.

Lack of hormones will undoubtedly affect performances of a different kind.

Personally, i've never seen any difference between a team with a lack of harmony or the same team at its harmonious best. It just feels like something added to give you something else to deal with in the game and as long as morale is fine then i dont see a problem.
