Home Nation Bias

I've seen this since FM 07 - AI controlled teams, especially teams that have a high reputation and high finances, sign too many foreigners. In my 2015 game, Roma has 3 Italians in their first team squad, Milan has 4, Man City has 5 etc. etc. There are several big clubs that are dominated by foreigners, but they are a minority, and generally have quite a lot of home nation players on the bench or reserves, but these clubs I mentioned don't in my game.

It reaches a point where Roma and Liverpool, for example in my game, do really poorly since about 10% of their first team actually speak the same language.

I think teams need to be tweaked so that when they look for a player, they 7/10 look for a home nation player first, then abroad, rather than just sign the best players all the time......
