Money after x appereances question

I paid a player x cash and in the contract I agreed on paying 50% of total value after 30 appereances cause I missed the money.

What will happen if after 30 player appereances I will miss the money ?

I mean having money into the budget but missing money into transfer budget when 30 appearence will be completed.

if the player left before finishing 30 appearance, there will be no money involved.

no the player will for sure overtake 30 appereances then I will be forced to pay the 50% as the contract states but what will happen if I will miss money into transfer budget ?

Ok, to clarify. I have the remaining money to pay ( 1M ) into the global budget ( around 5M ) but the trunsfer budget when the player will have played 30 matches with me maybe will be missing so my question.

Will the missing milion be taken from the global team budget ? Have you ever been in such a situation ?

Bear in mind this is a legal way to buy a player if you miss around 50% of money. You pay 50% cash and the remianing 50% after x appereances, usually 30 makes the deal worth, this way you can usually buy a player you can pay only at 50%.

When the player has played 30 games your team will pay the other team the 1M. If its not in the transfer budget it will come out of the clubs finances

And your transfer budget may be cut come the start of a new season as you failed to keep enough money for the clause.
