How come there's no away goal advantage?

So I had to play Chelsea with FC Twente in the Champions League, lost 1-0 at home, and won 4-3 away yet we get to play in extra time and they score 4-4 and I get knocked out, I was mad, makes me want to cheat till the Final next season because I should've been there.

I've never had this problem, but it sounds like one of those one-off bugs we get from time to time.

Suggest you head to the bugs forum and see if it's a major issue. There may be something you can upload to help SI figure it out.
