He's Arsenal and currently coming to the end of the 1st season and hes got no debt, his clubs value has rocketed, media prediction has changed from 4th to 1st! His transfers comes to over 80 million including aguero, richards, Van Der Vaart and Garay etc. Also ideas to exactly whats hes done and what to do about it. Has he definitely cheated?
