I'm losing Barroso by mutual termination because his coaching stats are not great (9 or below). I never really paid attention to staff attributes in previous versions of the game. Do staff attributes change in the same way that player attributes do? If they do, then I might keep him and not burn £150,000 on mutual termination, as he is aged 38 and could become quite a good coach. He has many years still left to run on his current contract.
