Youth Training

Recommended Posts

generally can't be bothered setting up separate youth schedules. just sign up anyone with potential to a full-time contract as soon as possible and then put them in with the first team (which DOES have a number of different schedules for full-backs, centre-halves, DMs etc).

seems to work okay although i do feel a little bit guilty about running a 17 year old into the ground on a 'very heavy' training regime...!

since i use tugs training i think, which includes youth training.. and regens starts at age of 14.. and full contract can be given just 17 in italy ? 18 in brazil? 16 in england?

anyway since im in italy regen with 14-15 age still have 2-3 years ahead.. so i always use youth training.. doesnt take long to assign them
