tomwelch
I just was just wondering what people do about youth training weather you just leave them in general youth training or set up training scheduals and if you do set up your own what do you do? bcdris
generally can't be bothered setting up separate youth schedules. just sign up anyone with potential to a full-time contract as soon as possible and then put them in with the first team (which DOES have a number of different schedules for full-backs, centre-halves, DMs etc). seems to work okay although i do feel a little bit guilty about running a 17 year old into the ground on a 'very heavy' training regime...! Ryknow
I hardly ever have anyone in youth training, all the kids are on full time. Maybe one or two on youth but they dont last long so its a waste to create schedules.
Smikis
since i use tugs training i think, which includes youth training.. and regens starts at age of 14.. and full contract can be given just 17 in italy ? 18 in brazil? 16 in england? anyway since im in italy regen with 14-15 age still have 2-3 years ahead.. so i always use youth training.. doesnt take long to assign them
