Playing FM10 In windowed mode

Can anyone help me, I cannot seem to be able to play FM10 in windowed mode? I was able to with the Demo, but cannot with the full version as its always greyed out. Ive updated to the new patch 10.2, still not working.

Im going into preferences - display & Sound - Display mode.

I had the sound update installed previously then every so often an error message came up during a 3d match saying that a certain sound couldn't be played and then went into windowed mode. But i have now reinstalled FM10 without the sound update and still cannot select it in Display mode. Any ideas?

Right click the FM10 icon, go to Properties and there should be a target box.

Put this code at the end of the target box with after the last ''

-windowed -small_screen

Click apply and ok and then run FM10.

Still doesnt seem to be working with that. It looks like this \fm.exe" -windowed -small_screen I take it that is right?

Users with screen resolutions higher than 1024x768:

1.Click "Options" -> "Preferences"

2. Click "Display & Sound" and uncheck "Full Screen"

3. Click "Confirm" to save your new settings

Users with screen resolutions at 1024x768 or lower:

1. Right click the game shortcut (on the desktop, the quick launch bar or in the start menu)

2.Go to the "Shortcut" tab

3. In the "Target" area, add the following: "-small_screen -windowed" without the quotes

4.Click "Apply" then click "OK". The game will now run in windowed mode no matter what screen resolution you're using.
