Tactical help, please..

It's only pre-season, but this is happening since the very first game. Before the start of the official season, we played Milan, had 4ccc (not going to comment on it, just sigh..) but failed to score.. Is the match engine trying to tell me something?

My assymetric, unbalanced, dysfuncional tactic creates changes so it's a bit unwise to change them back to more conventional systems.
