Belgian U21 team has no matches

Is there a reasonable means to set up games for my team's U21 team to have matches instead of creating individual friendlies?

I'm playing Veldwezelt and they have a U21 and U19 team. The U19 team has a league with scheduled matches. The U21 does not. Usually (in other leagues), I'm asked if I want to submit a team to reserve leagues, etc. That option isn't offered for the U21 team. If I want my U21 players to play, then I must create individual friendly games, which is fine, but I was hoping their might be an easier, faster way. Also, the only teams that are available are my U19 team or the senior teams of other clubs.

Any ideas how to address this?
