Jason24 Posted December 22, 2009 Share Posted December 22, 2009 I was wondering what effect the in game rating of a league (i.e it's out of 20 score) has on the quality of the newgens that that country produces. IRL countries like Argentina, Brazil, Holland, maybe France have a great longstanding tradition of producing world class players, but they don't have the best domestic leagues in the world. Is there a way in the game to ensure that they continue to produce a lot of world class players, would increasing their domestic league's rating in the editor make a difference or are the best regens just randomly spread between the playable leagues?
